- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. WINWAYS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations including but not limited to: multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargeback attempts, underage gambling, or provision of false information.
3. Deposits (AUD)
WINWAYS accepts deposits in Australian Dollars (AUD) through multiple payment methods. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.

- Third-Party Deposits: Deposits from accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any processing fees. This may result in account suspension.

4. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. Available methods include PayID/Osko, bank transfer, and eWallet.

- Name Matching: The name on your withdrawal account must exactly match your WINWAYS account name. Mismatched names will result in withdrawal rejection.
- Withdrawal Fees: WINWAYS does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.
- Pending Withdrawals: You may cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
- Large Withdrawals: Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may be processed in installments at WINWAYS' discretion.
